Professional inflatable arched tent

The Karsten inflatable arched tent 8.00 × 6.00 meters is developed for professional and long-term use. The tent is set up by inflating the individual arches to a working pressure starting from 4 bar. In severe weather conditions, the pressure can be increased to 5 bar. A continuous blower is not required. Once pressurized, the tent can remain standing for months at a time. If necessary, the arches can easily be topped up in the meantime.

The air tubes feature an exceptionally strong construction. They are made from material also used for car tires and are protected all around by a fire hose casing. This creates a strong, uniform construction without any specific weak points. Each arch forms a separate air chamber and is inflated from the outside of the tent. The filling valves are accessible from both the left and right.

Easy to set up and flexible in use

The arched tent has no traditional steel frame. Fiberglass purlins are only placed in the ridge. As a result, there are few loose structural parts and the tent is easy to set up.

The front and rear walls are attached with zippers and can be completely removed from the tent. The standard doors are also equipped with zippers and can be fully rolled up and secured with straps and buckles.

The upper section of the tent is standardly finished in white fabric. This allows plenty of daylight to enter, keeping color perception inside the tent as natural as possible. This is particularly practical for tasks where good visibility and color distinction are important. The tent fabric used is waterproof and flame retardant.

Linkable and customizable

Multiple arched tents can be connected using a separate coupling piece. The tent itself does not need to be modified for this. The coupling piece connects to the zipper normally used to attach the front wall. Different lengths can be combined, provided the tents have the same width.

The arched tents are produced in-house by us. This allows us to supply special versions and custom work. This includes different dimensions, extra or differently placed doors, windows, ventilation, cable sleeves, other colors, printing with logo or text, and specific coupling options.

For long-term deployment on-site

The inflatable arched tents are used by the Red Cross, fire departments, and the Ministry of Defence, among others. They are also suitable for companies that temporarily need extra work or storage space or carry out larger projects on-site.

The tent can be used for construction and infrastructure projects, installation and maintenance work, paving work, horticulture, and work involving swimming pool construction. The combination of high working pressure, the absence of a heavy steel frame, and the ability to leave the tent set up for long periods makes it suitable for both short-term tasks and projects lasting several weeks or months.
