# 1. General

The following Terms and Conditions (‘Terms’) apply between you and TWU (‘Tent World Unlimited/we/us’) and apply to all use of and orders placed on the website www.tentworld.com (‘Website’). By using the Website and/or placing an order on the Website, you acknowledge that you have read and accept the Terms and Conditions.

We may change the Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. You are responsible for staying informed of changes to the Terms and Conditions. Please note that the Terms and Conditions valid for your order are always the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time you place your order, and not a later version. You should keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions on your computer.

Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services without prior notice. We are not liable if, for any reason, the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some or all parts of this Website.

# 3. Terms of Sale

By placing an order, you offer to purchase an item on and under the Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

3.1 Eligibility to order
To place an order with TWU, you must be at least 18 years old and a consumer (not a reseller). When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate. For customers under 18 years of age, parental or guardian consent is required. The name and phone number of the person giving consent must be entered in the message box at checkout.

3.2. Order confirmation
When you place an order on our Website, we will send you an email confirming your order. Please note that the confirmation email is an acknowledgment that we have received your order, but it is not an acceptance of your order. Once you have checked out and received a confirmation by email, neither you nor we may be able to make changes to your order, so please ensure everything is correct.

3.3. Acceptance and shipping confirmation
All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. Once the order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with all relevant information regarding your order. The shipping confirmation constitutes our acceptance of your order.

3.4. Right to refuse
We may, at our sole discretion, choose not to accept your order for any reason, without any liability to you. Examples of when we may not accept your order include the following:

The ordered product is out of stock;
Our inability to obtain authorization for payment;
The identification of an error in the product information, including price or promotion;
If we suspect fraudulent activity;
If shipping restrictions may apply to a product.

If we are unable to deliver within the terms in the confirmation, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. If we have already received payment, we will refund the amount.

3.5 Product quality
We strive to describe the item(s) on the Website as accurately as possible. However, due to different imaging, display technologies, or other technical reasons, minor color differences and other variations in the item(s) are possible. Tent World Unlimited cannot be held responsible for such deviations.

# 4. Price and Tax

4.1. Price
The prices on the Website exclude 21% Dutch VAT. Prices are listed in Euro (EUR) and exclude service, payment, or delivery. Prices on the Website may vary from time to time. TWU is not bound by the price until TWU has accepted the order by sending you the shipping confirmation. TWU reserves the right to change, limit, or terminate special offers or discounts at any time. Please note that prices may vary between our physical stores and the Website.

4.2. Price changes
We always try to ensure that all prices on the Website are accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of one or more items you have ordered, we will notify you by email of the price change and offer you the opportunity to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel the order. If we cannot contact you, your order will be cancelled. TWU reserves the right to cancel an order before we accept the order. If we have already received payment for a cancelled order, we will refund the purchase amount. We are unable to compensate for price differences when placing orders or returns.

# 5. Delivery

However, sometimes deliveries may take longer, especially during busy sales periods. Saturday and Sunday are not working days. If you do not receive your delivery within the specified number of days, please contact our customer service. Please note that we are not held responsible for any delays due to postal delays.

# 6. Returns

6.1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw. To exercise this right, please contact us as soon as possible at info@tentworld.com. Because we process your order as soon as it is submitted, we may not be able to prevent shipment. Exceptions can only be made if we have not yet sent you the shipping confirmation, so please contact us if you wish to cancel your order to see if there is a possibility to cancel.

6.2 Right of return
All original packaging with prices, labels, protective materials, and hangtags must be intact. No tape may be attached to the product or the packaging. All items must be returned in the original TWU bag and TWU storage box to protect their shape. Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

6.3. Refund information
If you return your entire order, we will refund all costs including the original shipping costs. If you return part of your order (i.e., one of the products you purchased), we will only refund the cost of the returned item. All refunds will be paid within 10 days of receiving the returned products. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we agree on another method with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for such refunds.

# 7. Damaged or Defective Items

All TWU items come with a two-year warranty against material and manufacturing defects. This warranty period may vary depending on the legal legislation of the country where the item is shipped. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, but not wear and tear from regular use.

If you believe you have a warranty claim regarding an online purchase, please contact customer service. Send them an email with your original order number, photos of the suspected fault, and a brief description of the claim. They will decide whether the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or a deviation from factory specifications. If they determine that you have a claim, the items will be refunded.

# 8. Use of the Website

8.1. Errors, inaccuracies, and omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our Website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping costs, and availability. We reserve the right at any time and without prior notice to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, to change or update information, or to cancel orders if any information is incorrect.

8.2. Intellectual property rights
All elements on the Website are owned by or licensed to TWU. All elements of the Website, including (but not limited to) the general design and content, may be protected by copyright, moral rights, database rights, trademarks, and other laws relating to intellectual property rights.

You may use this material for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may download, print, and store copies of this material for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not publish, duplicate, distribute, or otherwise reproduce the content without prior permission from TWU.

8.3. Limitation of liability
TWU is not liable for any indirect, direct, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use or content of our Website, including damage caused by viruses or any inaccuracy or incompleteness of the information on the Website; the performance of the products; or otherwise arising in connection with the use of these Terms and Conditions, even if TWU has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.4. Validity
Each provision of the Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted separately and independently of each other. If any provision is held to be invalid, void, or otherwise unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from and shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

8.5. Privacy Policy
By placing an order, you agree and understand that we may collect, use, store, and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

# 9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are in accordance with Dutch law. In the event of a dispute or claim in connection with these terms, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
