# 1. General

The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are valid between you and TWU (“Tent World Unlimited / we / us”) and apply to all use of and orders placed on the website www.tentworld.com (“Website”). By using the Website and / or placing an order on the Website, you confirm that you have read and accept the General Terms and Conditions.

We may change the Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. You are responsible for notifying changes to the Terms and Conditions. Please note that the Terms and Conditions that apply to your order are always the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time you place your order, not a later version. You must keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions on your computer.

Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis. We reserve the right to withdraw or change the services without prior notice. We are not liable if, for any reason, the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some or all parts of this Website.

# 3. Sales conditions

By placing an order, you offer to purchase an item on and under the Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the price of the order.

3.1 Eligibility to Order
To place an order with TWU, you must be at least 18 years old and be a consumer (not a reseller). When placing an order, you agree that all information you provide to us is correct and accurate. For customers under the age of 18, parental or guardian consent is required. The name and telephone number of the person giving the permission must be entered in the message box at the checkout.

3.2. Order Confirmation
When you place an order on our website, we will send you an email confirming your order. Please note that the confirmation email is a confirmation that we have received your order, but it is not acceptance of your order. Once you have checked out and received confirmation by email, neither you nor we can make any changes to your order, so make sure everything is correct.

3.3. Shipping Acceptance and Confirmation
All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. Once the order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation by email with all relevant information about your order. The order confirmation is our acceptance of your order.

3.4. Right to Refuse
We may, at our discretion, choose not to accept your order for any reason, without any liability to you. Examples of when we cannot accept your order are the following:

The ordered product is not available from stock;
Our inability to obtain authorization for payment;
The identification of an error in the product information, including price or promotion;
If we suspect a fraudulent activity;
If shipping restrictions may apply to a product.

If we are unable to deliver within the conditions stated in the confirmation, we will contact you and allow you to cancel the order. If we have already received the payment, we will refund the amount.

3.5 Quality of the products
We strive to describe the article (s) on the Website as correctly as possible. However, due to different imaging, display technologies or other technical reasons, slight colour differences and other variations in the item (s) are possible. Tent World Unlimited cannot be held responsible for such deviations.

# 4. Price and tax

4.1. Price
The prices on the Website are exclusive of 21% Dutch VAT. Prices are stated in Euro (EUR) and do not include service, payment, or delivery. Prices on the Website may vary from time to time. TWU is not tied to the price until TWU has accepted the order by sending you the order confirmation. TWU reserves the right to change, limit or end special offers or discounts at any time. Please note that prices may vary between our physical stores and the Website.

4.2. Price Changes
We always try to ensure that all prices on the Website are accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of one or more items that you have ordered, we will notify you of the price change by email and provide you with the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or return the order. If we cannot contact you, your order will be cancelled. TWU reserves the right to cancel an order before we accept the order. If we have already received payment for a cancelled order, we will refund the amount of the purchase. We are unable to compensate for price differences when placing orders or returns.

# 5. Delivery

Sometimes, however, deliveries can take longer, especially during busy sales periods. Saturday and Sunday are not working days. If you do not receive your delivery within the number of days, please contact our customer service. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays due to postal delays.

# 6. Returns

6.1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw. To exercise this right, please contact us as soon as possible at info@tentworld.com. Because we will process your order as soon as it is submitted, we may not be able to prevent shipping. Exceptions can only be made if we have not yet sent you the shipping confirmation, so please contact us if you wish to cancel your order to see if there is an option to cancel.

6.2 Right to return
All original packaging with prices, labels, protective materials and hang tags must be intact. No tape should be attached to the product or packaging. All items must be returned in the original TWU dust bag and TWU storage box to protect their shape. Returns that do not meet our policies will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

For questions about your order, return, please contact customer service.

6.3. Refund information
If you return your entire order, we will reimburse all costs including the original shipping costs. If you return part of your order (i.e., one of the products you have purchased), we will only reimburse you for the cost of the returned item. All refunds will be made within 10 days of receipt of the returned products. We will refund you using the same payment method you used to make the original transaction, unless we agree on another method with you; under no circumstances will you be charged for such refunds.

# 7. Damaged or defective items

All TWU items come with a two-year warranty against material and manufacturing defects. This warranty period may vary depending on the legal legislation of the country where the item is shipped. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, but not wear from regular use.

If you think you have a warranty claim related to an online purchase, please contact Customer Service. Send them an email with your original order number, photos of the suspected error and a brief description of the claim. They will decide whether the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or a deviation from the factory specifications. If they determine that you have a claim, the items will be refunded.

# 8. Use of the website

8.1. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Occasionally, there may be information on our website that includes typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, prices, promotions, offers, product shipping costs, and availability. We reserve the right at any time and without prior notice to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, change or update information, or cancel orders if information is incorrect.

8.2. Intellectual Property Rights
All elements on the Website are owned or licensed by TWU. All elements of the Website, including (but not limited to) the overall design and content, may be protected by copyright, moral rights, database rights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights laws.

You may use this material only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may download, print and save copies of this material for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not publish, duplicate, distribute or otherwise reproduce the content without prior permission from TWU.

8.3. Limitation of Liability
TWU is not liable for any indirect, direct, incidental or consequential damages that may result from the use or content of our Website, including damage caused by viruses or any inaccuracy or incompleteness of the information on the Website; the performance of the products; or otherwise arise in connection with the use of these General Terms and Conditions, even if TWU has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

8.4. Validity
Each provision of the General Terms and Conditions will be interpreted separately and independently of each other. If any provision is deemed invalid, void, or otherwise unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable from and will not affect the enforceability of the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

8.5. Privacy Policy
By placing an order, you agree and understand that we may collect, use, store and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

# 9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are in accordance with Dutch law. In the event of a dispute or claim in connection with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch court.
